External Circlips for Shafts-DIN471

External circlips for shafts is a kind of mechanical transmission used to prevent axial wandering, limit axial displacement, and transfer torque parts. It usually consists of a ring spring and two spacers, there is a radial hole inside, that can be set on the shaft. The main function is to keep the axial position unchanged, and prevent axial displacement and vibration, to improve the stability and operating efficiency of machinery.

Material: conventional carbon steel and stainless steel (65Mn, C67S, 2Cr13, 304, 1.4122, etc.)

Surface treatment: all kinds of conventional standard treatment, such as phosphating, Dacromet, Jumet, zinc plating, zinc nickel plating, electrophoresis, etc.
